  • Coconut pack

Personally, I cannot speak highly enough about coconut oil – I even rave about it to my hairdresser! Ensure you invest in a jar of extra virgin coconut oil and apply it to your hair whenever you feel your hair is going through a bad time. I assure you, you will not be disheartened!

  • Honey & Olive Oil

As weird as it may sound, honey does do great things for both your skin and your hair. Olive oil again is both good for your hair and skin and it is natural as you can get. Mix 4 table spoons of honey with 6 table spoons of olive oil and there you have it your hair mask which will transform your lifeless, dull hair!

The blend of avocado, olive oil and honey is some of the best natural products ever and believe me they make great DIY masks for dry hair. Mash one ripe avocado and add a table spoon of honey and two tablespoons of olive oil, blend the mixture well and apply to your hair and leave it to work the magic!

  • Almond Oil

Almond oil contains all kinds of healthy ingredients for hair like Omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamin E and magnesium. Using almond oil nourishes and strengthens your hair, and is optimal for treating hair loss and damaged hair. Apply three table spoons (depending on length of hair) of almond oil in your hair and massage into the scalp and hair. Almond oil works a treat and is one my all time faves!

  • Egg Mask

Eggs are rich in protein. Protein helps to make the hair follicle stronger and stronger strands of hair are less likely to break. Therefore, you’ll have fewer split ends. For this mask you will need an egg or several eggs depending on the length of your hair. Mix the egg up until runny, you can add olive oil or almond oil to the egg – once complete apply the mask to your hair and leave on for 20 minutes. And you are all done!
